Stress Awareness Month, established in 1992 by the Health Resource Network (HRN), a non-profit health education organization, takes place every April. The goal of this special month is to educate people throughout the nation about the harmful effects of stress and appropriate ways of dealing with it. Our favorite way to beat stress?
