To Book An Appointment With Your Float Membership
Please book online. To book your float, begin by selecting “Float Member” under the Categories menu on the lefthand side. When prompted, enter your membership number (sent in your confirmation email) on the “Your Details” menu. To confirm your appointment, we will ask for a credit card number; however, we will not charge your credit card unless there is a no-show. Just mention that you are a float member when you arrive for your appointment and your credit card will not be charged.

If You Purchased A Gift Membership
Your recipient has received an instant, automatic email notifying them of your gift. The email includes your name, your personal message, helpful links about floating, directions on how to book a float online, and details of your gift.
Billing For Monthly Memberships
If you purchased a monthly membership, your credit card will be billed today and then automatically billed every month from today in the same amount. You may cancel your monthly membership at any time and you are under no contract or obligation.
Billing For Annual Memberships
If you purchased an annual membership, you will be billed today and three more times—1 month, 2 months, and 3 months from today—all in the same amount. Annual memberships are non-refundable.
To Cancel Your Monthly Float Membership
You may cancel your monthly membership at any time and you are under no contract or obligation. Monthly memberships can be cancelled directly through your PayPal account; visit our Contact page for detailed instructions. Annual memberships are non-refundable.
